If a trademark is used for the first time on goods exhibited at a government-sponsored or recognized international exhibition, within six months from the date of exhibition of the goods, the applicant for registration of the trademark can enjoy the following benefits: priority.

If the applicant requests temporary protection, he shall submit a written statement when applying for trademark registration, and submit within three months the name of the exhibition where his products will be displayed and the use of the trademark on the products on display.
