Enterprise qualifications
1. Scanned copy of enterprise business license (required Make sure it is not in the directory of abnormal business operations and the goods sold are within the scope of the business license);
2. Scanned copy of the corporate tax registration certificate (both national tax and local tax are acceptable);
3. Scanned copy of organization code certificate;
If the three certificates are combined into one, only the business license is required.
4. Scanned copy of bank account opening license;
5. Scanned copy of front and back of legal representative’s ID card;
6. Front and back of contact person’s ID card Scanned copy;
7. Authorization letter issued by the merchant to Alipay;
Brand qualification
1. Trademark registration certificate or trademark issued by the State Trademark Administration Scanned copy of registration application acceptance notice;
If applying for a store-type flagship store, a service trademark registration certificate or trademark registration application acceptance notice is required.
2. If the store company is authorized by the trademark owner to open a flagship store, an exclusive authorization letter must be provided (if the trademark owner is a natural person, a scanned copy of his or her signed ID card/passport must also be provided) .
If you operate a flagship store with multiple brands and each brand is owned by the same actual controller, you must also provide proof that the brands belong to the same actual controller.
If you operate a retail-type flagship store and the company is not the trademark owner of the brand, you must provide a complete authorization from the trademark owner (see the level requirements for each category of authorization for details).
