Disposable gloves require three product certificates:

A. Enterprise business license (the business scope includes medical machinery-related items, non-diagnostic and therapeutic-level items are not required.

B. Product registration certificate or trademark registration certificate is not required for non-medical grade items.

C. Manufacturer’s inspection report, and then re-exported by the company with import and export contracting rights. Companies that want to give away or replace purchases by foreign affiliates must provide a statement of status.
