1. A power of attorney for trademark agency shall be stamped or signed by the applicant;

2. Changes in the name of the registrant shall be managed by the local enterprise authorities or the local industrial and commercial administration at or above the county level. Certification documents issued by the department; no certification documents are required for changes in the registrant's address;

3. A copy of the trademark registration certificate;

4. A copy of the corporate business license or personal ID card .
