Decision of the State Council on the abolition of some administrative regulations

1. The 49 administrative regulations whose main contents were replaced by new laws or administrative regulations will be abolished. (See Appendix 1 for the catalog) 2. Declared invalid the 43 administrative regulations whose application period has expired or whose adjustment objects have disappeared, and which have actually become invalid. (See Appendix 2 for the catalog)

This decision will take effect from the date of announcement.
