Suzhou Daoxiangcun has developed from its old Guanqian Street store in the early days to now, with 9 branches and pastry sales spread across the country. It is understood that Emperor Qianlong went to the south of the Yangtze River and tasted Daoxiang Village cakes in Suzhou. He was full of praise and inscribed a plaque with the title "Fine Food in Food" to make it famous all over the world.

Beijing Daoxiang Village was built in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. It is located outside the Yin Temple in the south gate, with the south store opening in the north and the factory in front and behind the store. It is very unique. When Mr. Lu Xun lived in Beijing, he often went shopping and spent more than 10 times in "Lu Xun's Diary".

2. Different disputes:

One in the south and one in the north. "Daoxiang Village" has always troubled consumers. In April 2018, the relevant person in charge of Beijing Daoxiang Village stated that Suzhou Daoxiang Village widely uses plaques that are highly similar to Beijing Daoxiang Village's trademarks, resulting in consumers often making "wrong purchases" when purchasing Beijing Daoxiang Village products.

Although Beijing Daoxiang Village and Suzhou Daoxiang Village are not the same brand, they are both authentic brands, but they have always had disputes due to historical and trademark issues.

3. Different tastes:

Daxue Red Date Cake: Seasonal pastries are meant to be eaten in season. The red date cake sounds warm to the eyes. In fact, it tastes very similar to jujube cake. I may not buy it again next year due to heavy snow.

Bite spring rolls at the beginning of spring: Although it is not a pastry, it must be mentioned. It is said that "Bite Spring" is something that we look forward to every year.
