2. The name and address of the applicant filled in the renewal application form should be consistent with the current trademark registrant; the trademark registration number and category should be consistent with the original "Trademark Registration Certificate".

3. Payment of fees

The fee for each reissue of a "Trademark Registration Certificate" is 500 yuan. If a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the applicant shall pay the trademark renewal fees and agency fees to the trademark agency. The certification renewal fees collected by the Trademark Office will be deducted from the advance payment of the trademark agency.
