All welds of the electrostatic precipitator shell should be sealed. All inspection doors should be flexible to open and close and must be well sealed. To check for air leakage, you can use an anemometer or use a thin piece of paper to move at the door seam. If the paper is attracted, It means air leakage. After discovering air leakage, you should open the door and check whether the sealing material is intact. If there is any damage, replace it in time. Regularly clean the dust accumulated in various parts of the dust collector casing, and regularly apply enough lubricant to the rotating part of the inspection door and the screw rod to ensure flexible rotation;
(2) Plate and pole line
The pole plates and pole lines of the electrostatic precipitator are key components for effective dust removal. They should be checked regularly to see if they are deformed and whether the pole distance is within the required range. If abnormalities are found, they should be dealt with and repaired in time.
(3) Plate and pole line transmission
Pole plate and pole line transmission are composed of vibration hammer, vibration shaft, transmission chain, sprocket, reducer and motor, etc. , is an important means to ensure effective vibration cleaning. You should always check whether the vibration hammer is loose or falling off, whether the rotation of the vibration shaft and transmission part is smooth, the action should be reliable, whether the reducer and motor are working properly, and whether Regularly check whether the lubrication of the reducer is good and meets the requirements.
(4) Pole wire suspension and insulation parts
Regularly check the insulator and insulating sleeve, wipe the surface clean with a dry cloth, and use a 2000V megger to measure the high-voltage line The insulation resistance shall not be less than 100MΩ.
Regularly check the electric heating system in the cathode suspension and pole drive insulation box to see whether the electric heater is working properly and whether the heating temperature can reach the predetermined value.
(5) High-voltage power supply
Regularly check whether the high-voltage power supply and rectifier device are working properly, and whether the voltage and current can reach normal values.
(6) Ash unloading valve
Regularly check whether the ash unloading valve operates normally, whether the working cycle is the same as the set value, whether there are foreign objects that are crushed or stuck, and whether the valve body, Check if the seal is damaged.
