The crushing degree is required to reach 55-69% that pass the 1 mm standard sieve hole, 8-10 pieces that fail, and the whole grain is less than 0.5%.

After Daqu is crushed, 35-40% pass through the 1 mm standard sieve, and half fail. The auxiliary materials used in Xifeng wine are sorghum husks or rice husks, but the auxiliary materials must be screened and steamed before being put into production to eliminate the odor of the auxiliary materials. The steaming conditions for the auxiliary materials are steaming and then steaming for 30 minutes.
