1. Selling counterfeit goods with a sales amount of more than 50,000 yuan;

2. The goods have not yet been sold. The value of the goods is more than 150,000 yuan;

3. The sales amount is less than 50,000 yuan, but the total difference between the amount of goods sold and the value of goods that have not yet been sold is less than 150,000 yuan. Those with annihilation or above can file a case.

The crime of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks is illegal income from selling goods that are knowingly counterfeit registered trademarks.
