Those who commit the acts listed in Article 2 (3) of these regulations, forge or manufacture without authorization registered trademarks of others or sell more than 20,000 pieces (sets) of forged or unauthorized registered trademarks. (3) Counterfeiting other people’s registered trademarks. Although the standards stipulated in Article 2 (1), (3) or Article 3 are not met, if one of the following circumstances occurs, the case will be considered serious and the case shall be filed: 1 . Being given two administrative penalties by the industrial and commercial administration department for counterfeiting other people’s registered trademarks and then counterfeiting other people’s registered trademarks; 2. Counterfeiting other people’s registered human drug trademarks; 3. Using bribery and other illegal means to promote counterfeit trademarked goods or counterfeit goods . Making trademarks registered by others without authorization; 4. Counterfeiting trademarks registered by others, causing adverse social impact and international impact.
