The ice pier mode cannot be used. The mascot ice shield is an important property of BOCOG. BOCOG enjoys the copyright, exclusive right of registered trademark and patent right of design of Bingdundun image, as well as exclusive right of registered trademark of Bingdundun's Chinese and English names. No other unit or individual may use this work without the permission of BOCOG.

Rules for using ice piers

Commercial use. The image and name of the mascot of the Beijing Winter Olympics belong to the Olympic symbol determined by China laws and regulations. Without the permission of BOCOG, no one may use the image and name of the ice pier for commercial purposes.

Non-commercial use. Government agencies, grassroots mass autonomous organizations, institutions and other non-profit legal persons or organizations may apply for non-commercial use of the ice pier, the mascot of the Beijing Winter Olympics.

Applicants who apply for the non-commercial use of the ice pier shall abide by the Provisions of the Organizing Committee for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and Paralympic Winter Games on Non-commercial Use Signs, log on to the official website of the Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee, search for the link of the Provisions on Non-commercial Use Signs, enter the relevant pages, fill in the materials as required, and apply.
