\"National Day\" The auto market is booming during the Golden Week, and the V-shaped trend throughout the year is highlighted

As the only country in the world that has opened up to the epidemic, China’s consumption power has been intensively released during the eight-day "ultra-long holiday" that overlaps with the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Especially in the automobile industry, various automobile exhibitions are held intensively during the holidays, and automobile consumption is booming, becoming the focus of holiday consumption. Experts said that this trend will continue and promote the accelerated recovery of the automobile market. It is expected that the sales of the automobile market this year will be better than expected at the beginning of the year.

During the "Golden Week", many places in China carried out promotional activities and distributed generous subsidies and consumer coupons for cars, home appliances, catering, etc., which effectively stimulated consumers' enthusiasm for purchasing. During the "National Day" period, dozens of provinces and cities, including Beijing, Guangxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Suzhou, Shanghai, Fuzhou, Shenzhen, Shijiazhuang, etc., held special National Day auto shows. Although there are not many new cars launched at these auto shows, the major participating car companies interact with the performing arts, entertainment and other industries across borders, bringing a car consumption feast to consumers. At the same time, the promotion efforts are relatively strong, so consumers are very enthusiastic about visiting the exhibition, and the auto show is very popular. Sales of key monitored vehicles in Beijing, Zhejiang and Yunnan increased by 23.5%, 20.3% and 14.1% respectively year-on-year.

Take Nanchang as an example. The government issued the "Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Consumption Season" and 100 million yuan electronic consumption vouchers with a total amount of 115 million yuan to subsidize citizens' car purchases, dining deductions and shopping consumption. Among them, 40 million yuan of consumer vouchers have been invested in the automotive sector. Individual consumers who purchase a new car and register it in Nanchang from October 1st to December 31st can get it. In terms of results, car dealers in many places were flooded with customers during the holidays, and many stores completed a month's sales during the holidays.

In just seven days, 1,446 cars were sold in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, a year-on-year increase of 27.9%. This is not only related to the discounts launched by merchants, but also related to various promotional fee activities. According to statistics from the six monitored 4S stores reported by the media, these stores achieved sales of 212.2033 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 131.72%.

Shen Jinjun, President of the China Automobile Dealers Association, said that since April this year, the market decline has narrowed month by month, and monthly production and sales have achieved positive year-on-year growth for six consecutive months. Facing the "National Day" holiday, With the booming scene, the V-shape of China’s auto market is becoming more and more obvious. In the future, the recovery trend of the domestic automobile market will continue.
