LeTV has a super partner LEPAR. For specific agency matters, you can discuss with Letv Partner, referred to as LePar.

It is specifically divided into the following matters:

Check the qualification information: First, pay attention to the LePar entry standards and confirm that the requirements are met.

Submit an application for settlement: Be sure to send the information to the email address of the person in charge of each region in accordance with the email requirements.

Communication between the two parties: After receiving the information, the LePar project leader will contact you as soon as possible.

Confirm cooperation intention: The project leader will communicate with you on the cooperation terms and requirements, and both parties will confirm the cooperation intention.

Send the contract: The project leader will mail the contract for signature and seal.

Qualification contract review: LePar partners sign contracts and submit qualification documents to LeTV as required.

Qualification contract review: LeTV’s relevant departments review contracts and qualification documents.

Pay related fees: LePar partners pay deposits and platform usage fees.

Opening a store for sales: The product operations manager will contact you to arrange store opening.

Authenticity and validity: Please ensure that the relevant qualifications you provide before and after you settle in are true and valid (if the relevant qualifications you provide are provided by a third party, such as trademark registration certificate, authorization letter, etc., please be sure to verify them first True and valid), once false qualifications are discovered, your company will be included in the list of non-honest LePar partners, LePar Mall will no longer cooperate with you, and the deposit will be deducted.

1. General requirements:

1. The company’s registered capital must be RMB 100,000 or above.

2. Lepar partners have the responsibility and obligation to provide users with formal invoices in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The name of the company stamped on the invoice must be consistent with the name of the company that signed the LeTV cooperation.

3. All qualifications must be stamped with your company’s red official seal, scanned and uploaded. 4. All qualifications must be clearly visible, and no illegal processing of images is allowed.

2. Financial qualification requirements:

1. Copy of business license: A valid annual inspection must be completed and the goods sold are within the scope of business.

2. A copy of the tax registration certificate: either the national tax or local tax is acceptable. Priority is given to uploading the tax registration certificate stamped with the seal of the State Administration of Taxation.

3. Copy of organization code certificate: valid annual inspection must be completed.

4. General taxpayer qualification certificate: it is necessary to complete a valid annual inspection or attach a letter of annual inspection exemption (if you are not a general taxpayer, you do not need to upload it).

5. Legal representative’s ID card: the front and back sides must be scanned and the official seal must be stamped on both sides (it must be within the validity period). Note: Annual inspection exemption letter - the city where LePar partners are located does not require annual inspection of general taxpayer qualifications. You need to copy the following content, print, sign and stamp it with your company's red official seal, and upload it together with the general taxpayer qualification certificate.
