"Zhenyuan Tang" is a registered trademark of Zhejiang Zhenyuan Pharmaceutical Chain Co., Ltd. Zhenyuantang was founded in the 17th year of Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1752). It has a long history and is the leader of all stores in Shaoxing. According to legend, the founder Du Jingxiang (from Dujiaqiao, Cixi) originally started his business by setting up a medicine stall in Shuichengqiao.
