No. 195) stipulates that the Trademark Office is subordinate to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and undertakes administrative functions such as trademark registration and management, specifically responsible for trademark registration and management throughout the country, protecting the exclusive right to use trademarks and investigating trademark infringement according to law, handling trademark disputes, and strengthening the identification and protection of well-known trademarks. Responsible for the registration, filing and protection of special signs and official signs, research, analyze and publish trademark registration information according to law, provide information services for government decision-making and the public, and implement trademark strategy.
