On December 27, 2012, Wong Lo Kat herbal tea family added the "Three Auspicious Treasures": solid herbal tea, low-sugar herbal tea and no-sugar herbal tea. Sugar herbal tea creates a new form of herbal tea products.
On December 3, 2014, the case of Wanglaoji v. Jiaduobao’s false publicity dispute was publicly announced in the Beijing No. 3 Intermediate People’s Court. The court ruled that Jiaduobao should stop using herbal tea containing “Jiaduobao” for 7 consecutive years. The advertisement, which won the title of "China's No. 1 Beverage Can" in 2016, published a statement in the designated media for seven consecutive days to eliminate the impact, and compensated Wong Lo Kat for NT$3 million.
The Higher People’s Court of Guangdong Province made a final judgment on the “formulation plan” of Wanglaoji Jiaduobao, rejecting Jiaduobao’s appeal and upholding the original judgment.
