Procedure for applying for production license: the enterprise applies-the provincial quality supervision bureau sends an expert group to conduct on-site inspection after the materials are qualified-the on-site inspection and product inspection are qualified, and then it is reported to the State Administration for approval and certification.

The current procedure is national certification, and the country will gradually delegate the certification work to the provincial quality supervision bureau in the future.
