Domestic animation has caused overseas infringement. How should our country protect the development of domestic animation?

The development of Chinese comics in recent years is also obvious. But the protection of national comics is obviously not enough. Recently, "Bear Haunted" has encountered infringement issues in overseas markets.

"Bear Infested" is published by Huaqiang Fantawild Culture and Technology Group, and is now seeking to be listed on the A-share market.

It is understood that the series of products extended by "Bear Haunting" have been pirated and infringed many times in Russia. You can see pirated copies of "Bear Infested" on peripheral toys, stationery and food and beverages.

However, Huaqiang Fantawild is currently considering costs and has not yet carried out rights protection work against trademark infringement in Russia and other countries.

This kind of derivatives rights protection is not the small amount mentioned above. It is understood that the sales of genuine authorized products from Huaqiang Fantawild's 200 licensees can exceed 2.5 billion yuan.

Although Huaqiang Fantawild said that Asian characters similar to "Bald Qiang" in animation are difficult to be liked by audiences in some countries internationally. They believe that downplaying racial and national elements in animation will be more convenient for opening up overseas markets.

But we can learn about the problem of repeated infringement of "bear infestation" in Russia. The awareness of rights protection in my country’s animation exports needs to be improved.

The development of cultural and creative enterprises in my country requires government subsidies and corresponding policy support. Our country should protect the trademark rights of exported animations.

Domestically, my country severely cracks down on trademark infringement. So for export culture, our country should also effectively protect its trademark rights. Trademarks can also be regarded as a kind of cultural construction in our country and belong to intellectual property rights. Regarding trademarks, we can obtain a trademark through trademark transfer and trademark registration. In this way, the legitimate rights and interests of trademark owners can be protected to a certain extent.

As for the problem of "Bear Infested" being repeatedly infringed abroad, our country needs to support the national comic industry and protect national comics.
