Is it reasonable for Nike to sue large numbers of small businesses for trademark infringement?

Nike used the trademark to generate "more than $40 million" in revenue, so it sued on the grounds of trademark infringement, damaged sales, misleading advertising and unfair competition, asking the court to permanently ban Nike from using the trademark and seeking amount of compensation. At present, neither Nike nor Lontex has publicly commented on this, and the U.S. Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania has accepted the case. At the same time, the Lontex legal team submitted a 21-page complaint to the court.
