2. Handle it yourself: the application documents to be prepared include reasons, applications and evidence. The legal basis for objections such as identity certificate: Article 33 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, within three months from the date of announcement, the prior obligee or interested party thinks that it violates the provisions of Article 13, paragraphs 2 and 3, Article 15, Article 16, paragraph 1, Article 3, Article 31 and Article 32 of this law, or anyone thinks that it violates this law. If there is no objection at the expiration of the announcement period, the registration shall be approved, a trademark registration certificate shall be issued and an announcement shall be made.
