1, Kweichow Moutai
Produced in Maotai Town, Chishui River in the west of Zunyi City. Maotai Town has a long history of brewing, and brewing technology was initially formed as early as the Ming Dynasty. During the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, Maotai Town became an important port for Sichuan salt to enter Guizhou, where salt transportation flourished, the demand for wine surged and wine production developed rapidly. During the Daoguang period, there were more than 20 brewing workshops in Maotai Town, with an output of 170 tons.
2. Weining ham
It is a traditional specialty of Guizhou, with a history of more than 600 years, and has long been famous at home and abroad. Weining is more than 2000 meters above sea level and belongs to Wumeng Mountain. It is extremely cold. There are abundant pastures growing all over the mountains, and animal husbandry is very developed in history. The local Yi people also have the custom of grazing in the mountains. Pigs, cows and sheep are a group, and they exercise a lot. Pig legs are well developed, muscles are strong and full, fat and thin.
3. Xiuwen Kiwifruit
Guizhou is called "one of the most suitable areas for kiwifruit cultivation in the world" by experts in the industry. Xiuwen county began to popularize kiwifruit cultivation on a large scale from 1998 and 1999. Recently, Xiuwen Kiwifruit has obtained the geographical indication certification trademark approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, which is another symbol label after "Guiyang Zhegen".
4. Shiqian moss tea
It is a local variety formed by long-term cultivation and breeding of local tea farmers of all ethnic groups in Shiqian County, Guizhou Province, China, and its mother tree belongs to the ancient tea tree series. Shiqian County is located in the northeast of Guizhou and southwest of Tongren, with a mild climate, no large industrial pollution sources in and around the country, and a rare subtropical primary ecosystem.
5. Fenggang Zinc Selenium Green Tea
Produced in Fenggang County, Guizhou Province, the only zinc and selenium-rich area in China. The soil is rich in 17 amino acids and various trace elements such as zinc and selenium. Fenggang County is located in the northeast of Guizhou Province, at the southern foot of Dalou Mountain in Zunyi City, an old revolutionary base area.
6. Duyun Maojian
Produced in duyun city, southern Guizhou. It is listed as one of the famous tea treasures in China with its beautiful appearance and unique style. Duyun Maojian tea has a long history, which has been more than 500 years. According to historical records, as early as the Ming Dynasty, Duyun Maojian tea was the best tribute to the imperial court and was deeply loved by Emperor Chongzhen of the Ming Dynasty. Because it looks like a fishhook, it was once named fishhook tea.
7. Yuping flute
As one of the "Three Treasures of Guizhou", it was built in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. Because of its beautiful and smooth timbre and exquisite workmanship, it won the silver award of 1886 London International Expo and the gold award of 1923 Panama International Expo. (Guiyang) Yuping flute, a specialty of Guizhou, is famous at home and abroad, and is one of the "Three Treasures of Guizhou" with the same name as Moutai.
8. Libo honey pomelo
It is a specialty of Libo County, Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. The planting of honey pomelo in Libo county reached 4. 680,000 mu, covering Yuping, Chaoyang, Yaoshan and other towns.
