4 The following goods cannot be returned for 7 days without reason:
4.1. Customized goods or services;
4.2. Fresh and perishable goods;
4.3. Digital products such as audio-visual products, e-books, vouchers, prepaid cards, online games and computer software downloaded online or unpacked by you;
4.4. delivered newspapers and periodicals;
4.5. Incomplete goods:
(1) The minimum sales unit packaging of food (including health food), cosmetics, medical devices and family planning products is damaged;
(2) Electronic and electrical products have unauthorized maintenance, alteration, destruction, alteration of compulsory product certification marks, indicating labels, machine serial numbers, etc., appearance use traces that are difficult to restore, or data use traces such as activation, authorization information and unreasonable personal use data retention; For example, the mobile phone network access license is damaged or lost, the TV and air conditioner have been installed, and the SLR camera has been used.

5 The following commodities are not allowed to be returned:
(1) Any commodity not sold by Suning or a third-party seller (the serial number does not match);
(2) Overinsured goods (goods that have exceeded the return period);
(3) Commodity quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid intake, accident, alteration and incorrect installation, or tearing or altering labels, machine serial numbers and anti-counterfeiting marks;
(4) the missing or altered accessories of the goods affect the integrity of the goods;
(5) Gifts and invoices need to be returned together with the main commodities, otherwise the corresponding price or loss will be deducted; ?
(6) other goods that should not be returned or exchanged according to law and agreement.
6 Others
1. When returning goods, please be sure to return the goods together with the accessories, gifts (if any), warranty cards, instructions, invoices and inspection reports (for goods that need to be returned by inspection reports); If the gift has been used and does not conform to the return, and the main commodity has been returned, the gift amount shall be deducted. (Friendly reminder: it is recommended that the product packaging, accessories and gifts be kept for 3 days from the date of receipt)
2. When the goods are returned, the points obtained from purchasing the goods and the corresponding coupons should be deducted. If the account points and coupons have been used, they will be deducted from the refund of the goods accordingly; When the gift card is returned, the amount will be returned to the card and will not be cashed. After the successful return, the E-coupon you used when shopping will be returned to the original account and the validity period will remain unchanged. Please pay attention to it.
