1. Business model: Flagship stores are usually merchants who enter the e-commerce platform under the company's own brand, and the store they open is called the "official flagship store" of the brand. Specialized stores are companies that operate multiple (at least two) brands under the same category on the e-commerce platform. Such stores are called "specialized stores."
2. Brand qualification: The flagship store needs a trademark registration certificate or trademark acceptance notice issued by the State Trademark Administration, which means a registered trademark. Specialized stores can have their own brands and other brands.
3. Product categories: Flagship stores generally only sell all products of the same brand and the same first-level category. Specialty stores, on the other hand, do not have a clear business scope.
