if you open a factory, whether or not to register a trademark is your voluntary choice, and it will not be mandatory by law;

if you think your factory may become bigger and stronger in the future, you'd better register and protect your brand first, so as to avoid that someone will rob you of your brand in the future and cause you serious losses.
