2. Second-class enterprise qualification: In recent five years, it has undertaken more than two of the following three lighting projects, and the project construction quality management is qualified.

(1) Cable or line lighting engineering;

(2) Lighting system project with equipment investment of 300,000 yuan;

(3) Install transformers with capacity of 100 KVA or above.

3. Grade III qualification: In recent five years, the enterprise has undertaken the lighting engineering construction of the distribution room of lighting system above 380v and data cable above 5 kilometers, and the engineering management quality has reached the qualified product standard.

(1) The highest annual project settlement income of the enterprise in the past three years is more than 4 million;

(2) The registered capital investment of the enterprise is more than 2 million, and the net assets of the enterprise are less than 3 million.
