1. In the latest "People's Republic of China (PRC) Anti-Unfair Competition Law", Chapter 1, Article 2 is unfair competition. The term "unfair competition" as mentioned in this Law refers to the acts that operators violate the provisions of this Law, disrupt the order of market competition, and damage the legitimate rights and interests of other operators or consumers. Operators mentioned in this Law refer to natural persons, legal persons and unincorporated organizations engaged in the production, operation or provision of services (hereinafter referred to as commodities, including services). Moreover, according to Article 11 of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), an operator shall not sell goods at a price lower than the cost for the purpose of crowding out opponents. In any of the following circumstances, it is not improper behavior.
