Working principle:
Aluminum ash is separated into metallic aluminum and alumina by a separator, and the metallic aluminum is melted and deslagging to make aluminum ingots; Alumina and impurities can be processed into related products according to different processes.
Workflow:
Putting the hot aluminum ash and aluminum slag scraped from the smelting furnace into a trolley, lifting the hot aluminum ash and aluminum slag into a container by an automatic feeding device, starting a lifting stirring system to fully stir the molten aluminum, separating the molten aluminum, sinking the molten aluminum into the bottom of the container, and discharging the molten aluminum into an aluminum ingot mold by a discharging device to form an aluminum ingot;
