1. Does the business license require annual inspection?
Answer: The business license no longer requires annual inspection.

2. What is a business license
A business license is a certificate issued by the industrial and commercial administration authority to industrial and commercial enterprises and individual traders allowing them to engage in certain production and business activities. Its format is uniformly stipulated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The registration matters are: name, address, person in charge, amount of funds, economic composition, business scope, business method, number of employees, business period, etc. The business license is divided into original and duplicate, both of which have the same legal effect. The original copy shall be placed in a conspicuous place at the company's residence or business premises, and the business license shall not be forged, altered, rented, lent or transferred. Industrial and commercial enterprises or self-employed individuals without a business license are not allowed to open their business. 3. Business license application process
1. Name approval time:
1-3 working days Operation: Determine company type, name, registered capital , shareholders and capital contribution ratio, you can go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to submit an application for verification on-site or online.
Result: The name verification passed, if failed, the name needs to be re-verified.
2. Submission time:
5-15 working days after verification, confirm address information, executive information, business scope, and submit pre-application online. After passing the online pre-examination, go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to submit application materials according to the scheduled time.
Result: Received notification of approval of establishment registration.
3. License collection time:
Operation on the day of appointment: Bring the registration notice of establishment approval and the original ID card of the person handling the business to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to collect the original and duplicate of the business license.
Result: Receive business license.
The business license must be inspected every year. The annual inspection time is generally from March 1st to June 30th every year.
Since the implementation of the revised "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" on March 1, 2014, annual inspections are no longer necessary.
