Identification method one: look at the trademark letters
Figure 1 is the real battery trademark, and Figure 2 is the high imitation trademark. If you observe carefully, it is not difficult to find the difference. As shown below:

Figure 1

Figure 2
1. The upper and lower bends of the "S" of the real trademark are different, but the high imitation ones are the same.
2. The "y" shape of the real battery is more beautiful, while the "y" shape of the fake battery is more dull.
3. The curvature of the corner "E" of the real battery is relatively large, while that of the fake battery is relatively small.
4. The serial number and production date of the real battery are printed twice and are easy to scratch off. However, in order to save production time, the fake battery trademark is usually printed when the trademark is manufactured. Can't be scratched off.
5. The font of the real battery number is thinner, while the fake one is thicker.
The above method 1 is for reference only. Most of the batteries in recent years (2005 and 2006) meet this characteristic. However, this alone cannot fully distinguish the authenticity from the fake. There is a second method below.
Identification method two: look at the warning icon
Figure 3 shows the real battery icon, and Figure 4 shows the fake battery icon. Even if it is a high imitation, it is inevitable that there are poorly handled details, which can be easily identified after careful observation. As shown below:

Figure 3

Figure 4
1. The battery identification number on the real battery is two circles in the middle, while the fake battery is two square boxes, and the drawing is very rough (Do not use this method to identify the Chinese 950mAH battery, because The genuine battery also has a square frame).
2. The outer frame of the battery logo on the real battery is thick lines and the inner frame is thin lines, while the fake battery is all thin lines.
3. There is a row of curved arrows in the warning to avoid heat sources on the real battery. The triangle of each arrow is clearly drawn, while the fake one is very blurry.
4. In the warning against disassembly on the real battery, the shape of the screwdriver head is covered with the battery logo, while on the fake one it is directly overlapped and not covered.
5. Observe carefully, the doll head in the fourth warning is different between the real and fake batteries.
6. The wheel on the trash can icon on the real battery is a double circle with a dot in the middle, while the fake one has only double circles without a dot, and the appearance of the real and fake trash cans is different.
7. The arrow in the last warning of the real battery is more delicately drawn, with sharp tips, while the fake one is very blurry.
Identification method three: look at the workmanship
Figure 5 shows the comparison of the bottom of the real and fake batteries. Figures 6 and 7 show the comparison of the bottom edges of the real and fake batteries. The ones stacked on top are fake batteries. , what is pressed underneath is real electricity. As shown below:

Figure 5

Figure 6

Figure 7
1. The real battery has exquisite workmanship and the bottom surface is very smooth and frosted. The bottom of the battery is uneven (visible by reflection) and is not matte.
2. The plastic edges of real batteries are smooth and neat without burrs, while fake batteries have many burrs.
3. The sticker of the real battery is a double-layer material. The upper layer of transparent film is affixed after the trademark text is printed. It is easy to scrape off and break with a scratch of the fingernail, while the fake battery sticker It is made in one go, and although it is double-layered, it is extremely difficult to scrape off.
As shown in Figure 8:

4. (Supplementary) The aluminum skin of the real battery has a metallic luster. It is bright silver (the color of mercury, not silvery white) and has a brushed surface. The surface of the aluminum skin of the fake battery is white and feels like a layer of wax, a bit like the inner wall of a can. And BST-33 batteries without aluminum skin must be fake (at least those from 2005 and 2006).
Finally, don’t think that a battery that passes customer service identification is a real battery. Nowadays, fake batteries can also do the same. The key to distinguishing between true and false is to rely on your own eyes, be careful, and observe more. The purpose of making fakes is Saving costs in order to make huge profits, so there must be differences in details from real batteries, so it depends on whether you can observe the details. I hope everyone will not buy fakes
