First: The main differences in signing labor contracts. Huawei’s regular employees sign labor contracts with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.; outsourced employees sign labor contracts with outsourcing companies.

Second: Huawei’s employees are part of Huawei’s internal management. Huawei does not do any management of outsourced employees, as long as you complete the assigned tasks. Daily management is managed by the outsourcing company.

Third: The benefits are different. All Huawei’s benefits have nothing to do with outsourced employees.
