Milgrad (Milgrad) is a milk brand owned by Bryansk, a Russian professional dairy factory. Over the years, it has gained widespread recognition and a good reputation in the Russian market for providing high-quality and low-priced milk products. Dairy products account for more than 22% of the food structure of fast moving consumer goods, which is also the largest market for packaged products. In order to better attract consumers on dairy shelves and expand the geographical scope of agency and distribution channels. Bryansk Dairy Factory collaborated with brand agency Depot to reposition its milk brand Milgrad, including redesigning the brand logo and launching new, more dynamic packaging to establish an emotional connection with the audience target and make Milgrad a brand-name brand. The dairy brand that brings happiness. The design team first redesigned Milgrad's brand LOGO. Although it maintained the original blue color, the graphics had a more modern and intuitive interpretation. The clever connection between the capital "M" and the cat's head makes it the most unforgettable visual element. After deciding on the new logo, when developing product packaging, the designer started with the brand's three major product categories and tried to use color to distinguish products with different tastes and functions. For example, light brown represents fermented milk, white represents pure milk, and green represents kefir fermented milk beverage. In order to enhance the original brand color connection that the brand has established with consumers over the years, the design team drew a series of extremely cute blue cat illustrations and then used them extensively on the product packaging. Especially on the shelves, the milk packages arranged in sequence show cat patterns with different movements and shapes, thus creating more shelf display solutions.
