Founded in 2007, the Passenger Car Branch of Shanghai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a legally registered branch of Shanghai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SAIC), with a business license, and mainly undertakes the research and development, manufacturing and sales of SAIC's own brand products.
