If the applicant applies for funding after obtaining the invention patent certificate, a one-time payment will be made according to the above funding standards. (2) Conditions and standards for funding overseas invention patent applications

If you submit an application within one year after obtaining the overseas invention patent certificate, one-time funding will be provided according to the following countries and regions. Each application can support up to 2 countries. or region.

1. Those who have obtained invention patent authorization in the United States, the European Union, Japan and other countries will receive a subsidy of 40,000 yuan per item;

2. In other countries or regions with patent approval agencies Those who have obtained invention patent authorization will receive a subsidy of 20,000 yuan per application;

3. Those who have obtained invention patent authorization in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will be processed in accordance with domestic invention patent application funding standards.

Subsidy for overseas invention patents is classified according to the tax amount. The actual tax amount of the same applicant (including enterprises and groups) in the previous year (including the actual amount of national tax treasury and local tax self-payment and withholding) If the tax payment is less than 100 million yuan (including 100 million yuan), the total annual subsidy shall not exceed 1 million yuan; if the amount is more than 100 million yuan and less than 500 million yuan (including 500 million yuan), the total annual subsidy shall not exceed 5 million yuan. The amount above 1 billion yuan but less than 1 billion yuan (including 1 billion yuan) shall not exceed 10 million yuan, and the amount above 1 billion yuan shall not exceed 20 million yuan. This does not apply to those who have won national intellectual property demonstration enterprises or national intellectual property advantageous enterprises, but the same applicant (including enterprises and groups) must not exceed 20 million yuan.
