1. Formal examination: The Trademark Office conducts legal examination on the submitted application documents, trademark patterns, power of attorney and other documents after the application is submitted; If it meets the requirements, the application date and application number will be awarded. (It will take about 6 months);

2. substantive examination: according to the law, examine whether the trademark is registrable and violates the prohibition clause of the trademark law. For trademarks that fail to pass the substantive examination, the examiner will notify the applicant in writing and inform the reasons for rejection. The applicant may submit a reexamination within the time limit from the date of receiving the notice of rejection; otherwise, the application will be deemed to be abandoned, and the application date and application number will not be retained.

3. Announcement and objection: After the trademark has passed the examination, the applicant will be informed that the trademark application has been accepted and published in the trademark announcement. Anyone can raise an objection within the three-month announcement period, state the reasons and submit relevant evidence;

4. Registration: A trademark that is judged to be registrable after objection, or a trademark that has been announced without objection, will be allowed to register and a registration certificate will be issued. The whole smooth application process (if there is no rejection, objection, etc.) will take about 15-24 months;
