1. Inquire about its registered trademark to exclude the same or similar prior registration information;

2. Sign the Trademark Agency Agreement;

3. Submit the registration application materials to the trademark registration department in Myanmar.

II. List of materials required for trademark registration application in Myanmar

1. Identification documents of the applicant (a copy of the business license shall be provided when the enterprise applies, for example, a copy of the personal identity card and a copy of the business license of the individual industrial and commercial household with the individual as the person in charge when applying);
