2. Trademark review

3. Public application

Anyone can file a trademark objection within 1-3 days after the application is published, and the EU Intellectual Property Office will organize the procedures for both parties and make the final decision.
4. Registration and publicity
If no one raises objections or opinions within the specified time after the application is published, or if the objections or opinions are not established, the European Union Intellectual Property Office will register, The registration certificate is published in the EU Trademark Gazette and issued electronically. An EU trademark must be put into use within 5 years after successful registration, otherwise others will apply for cancellation of registration.

Materials required for EU trademark application:
1. To apply as a legal person, attach a copy of the "Business License" or valid registration certificate; to apply as a natural person, attach a personal identity document 1
