1. Click the Start option in the lower left corner of the computer desktop, and click the Devices and Printers option.

2. Open the device and printer management interface, select the printer that is printing, and double-click to enter the printer.

3. Double-click the printer to enter the printer management interface that is printing, and click the View What is Printing option.

4. After clicking to view the content being printed, click the printer in the upper right corner of the pop-up window, and then click Cancel All Documents to cancel the wrong document being printed
