What is the outline of establishing a Polish trademark?
1. The current Polish Trademark Law was promulgated on 1985 1 and came into effect on 1 July, 9851. Transitional clause: the rights granted by the old law (1March 28th, 963) are still valid. The provisions of the new law apply to trademark-related legal acts closed after July 1985. The usage regulations only apply to trademarks registered after July 1985;
