Chongqing Shixian Taibai Liquor Group is located in Wanzhou, the world-famous central city of the Three Gorges reservoir area of the Yangtze River, and was founded on 19 17. Mr. Bao Nianrong, the founder of Shixian Taibai Liquor, went to Luzhou and bought the pit mud and mother grain of two wine cellars in Wenyongsheng Wine Shop with a history of 400 years. Combining the ancient brewing technology inherited from the Tang Dynasty, he founded a brewing workshop. Li Bai, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, once played chess with wine in the west extension of Wanzhou, especially in Wanzhou Daqu liquor. Later, in memory of Li Taibai, he was named poet Taibai Liquor.

Shixian Taibai is mainly engaged in Luzhou-flavor liquor. After more than 90 years of continuous development, it has become an enterprise group with assets of 480 million yuan, integrating brewing, beverage, packaging, trade and logistics. With an annual production capacity of over 50,000 tons, it has become one of the top 100 liquor enterprises in China, 66 key growth enterprises in Chongqing, key backbone enterprises in Chongqing and a big taxpayer.

Shixian Taibai series wine is simple, with simple folk customs. They inherit the brewing technology of Shang and Zhou Dynasties' "Six Ancient Methods", adopt the traditional solid-state fermentation technology, select five kinds of high-quality red grain, rice, glutinous rice, corn and wheat as raw materials, and introduce bitter spring water to brew them carefully. They have been stored in cellar for many years, which makes Shixian Taibai Liquor have the unique quality of "strong cellar fragrance, mellow and soft, sweet and refreshing, and long aftertaste". Shixian Taibai has a series of 238 varieties adapted to different tastes, alcohol content and packaging in various regional markets in China.

Since 1959, Shixian Taibai Liquor was designated as the national banquet wine for the 10th anniversary of the National Day, it has won more than 220 honors, such as the Gold Award in China Quality Wine Review Reception, Sichuan Famous Wine and Chongqing Famous Wine. In 2006, it was recognized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce that Shixian Taibai was awarded the title of well-known trademark in China, ranking first in the liquor industry in the Three Gorges reservoir area. Through the appraisal of the National Tourism Administration, Chongqing Shixian Taibai Brewing Industrial Park was rated as a national industrial tourism demonstration site and became the biggest highlight of Chongqing tourism industry. Among the first batch of 29 enterprises that obtained the national liquor quality certification announced by the Ministry of Commerce, Shixian Taibai became the only enterprise in Chongqing.

In September 2007, under the background of coordinating urban and rural development and implementing the strategy of "one circle and two wings", Chongqing Textile Group acquired Shixian Taibai as a whole. Chongqing Textile Group is a large state-owned holding group company, with six industrial sectors: food and beverage, textiles, building materials, automobile and motorcycle parts, paper making and daily chemical industry. Total assets reached 654.38+03.6 billion yuan, and sales revenue exceeded 654.38+00 billion yuan. It owns three famous brands in China and three famous trademarks in China. In the next three years, the Textile Group will invest 500 million yuan in Chongqing Shixian Taibai Liquor Group to build a new project with an annual output of 50,000 tons of liquor and 20,000 tons of bio-Daqu, expand the production scale, speed up technological transformation, and ensure the leap-forward development of enterprises. Chongqing Shixian Taibai Group will rely on the strong enterprise strength of Textile Group to accelerate a series of reforms and innovations in concepts, mechanisms, technologies and management, and further promote "people-oriented, innovative, honest and dedicated".
