At the beginning of the 26th year of the Republic of China, fellow villagers Wang Ruibao and Ma Genbao brought "1511" bearing inner and outer rings, cages, steel balls and other samples from Wuxi, and proposed to him the idea of ??joint manufacturing. Qin Furong saw that the sample was similar to the Japanese NSK bearing, and the ring could be forged from railway steel. The cost was only one-third of the Japanese product, making it profitable. Therefore, Wang and Ma were hired as technical guides and started manufacturing bearings in their own factory. At that time, the workshop was only 20 square meters, with only two belt lathes, one pedal punch, one old-fashioned drilling machine, one flower basket press, and seven or eight apprentice workers. Qin Furong used these simple equipment to perform turning, grinding and heat treatment. The bearing blanks are processed by Gaoshuntai Iron Shop and Qinfeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The cage material is iron sheet, and the supporting steel balls are imported. China's first set of domestic industrial bearings - "1308" double row self-aligning ball bearings - was born. Product brand "SRF". Mainly sold to rural areas of Jiangsu, used for supporting rice mills and water pumps.

After the August 13th War, Shanghai fell and international trade was blocked. Taifuji Hardware's bearing repair and production business flourished for a while. Therefore, Qin Furong opened Qin Fuji Machinery Factory at No. 1, Lane 258, Yuyuan Road, and later added Qin Fuji Hardware Shaft Collar Factory at No. 51 Gaodun Street, Luxiangyuan Road, Nanshi, specializing in the manufacturing and sales of bearings. Since the 31st year of the Republic of China, the trademark "Double Horse" has been registered. The main models include 310, 1301, 1508, 1509, 1510, 1511, 1612, 6204, 6205, 6206 and 8 types. In addition to being supplied to Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the products are also exported to Shandong, Henan and other places, and are used in supporting agricultural machinery such as rice milling, cotton ginning, and water pumping.

In February 1953, a joint venture of 20,000 yuan was made with Sun Fukang, the owner of Zhenchang Motor Oil Company, and Rao Chuangchu, the owner of Linyuanfeng Watch Company, to establish Qin Fuxing Axis Co., Ltd. at the former site of Zhenchang Motor Oil Company, No. 178, Zhongshan North Road. IRON WORKS LIMITED. Later, it took the lead in implementing public-private partnership and became one of the four central factories in Shanghai's bearing industry.
