Hello, imported beef requires the following approval procedures:
1. The import company is recognized by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as having import qualifications (for details, please check the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine website)
2. Foreign manufacturers are registered factories in China (for details, you can check the website of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine)
3. After the above procedures are completed, you can sign a warehousing agreement with the state-designated meat cold storage
4. Take the warehousing agreement, company business license and other things to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau of the importing place to apply for an import license
The customs clearance procedures are as follows:
Required Customs clearance documents (provided by foreign manufacturers):
Bill of lading, invoice, packing list, contract, official original health certificate, official original certificate of origin, wood-free certificate, batch list
Note Ming: 1. You’d better ask for a halal certificate, because many domestic supermarkets require this to prove the purity of your beef and mutton.
