It also includes the following goods that can be exempted from the seven-day unreasonable return rule when confirmed by consumers at the time of purchase:
(1) Goods that should not be returned due to personal safety or life and health reasons after unpacking: including food, medicines, health products, cosmetics, personal articles, etc. ; (2) Commodities whose value has greatly depreciated after activation or trial use: including mobile phones, computers and digital products that generate authorization or activation information; (3) Recharged goods delivered online: including mobile phone recharge cards and game cards; (4) Special clearance goods: including goods about to reach the shelf life, goods with damaged or defective packaging, etc.
