1. Distribution Application from a dealer
1 Those who meet the application conditions must complete the application procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Amway Dealer Business Instructions", pass the review by Amway (China) and must personally sign the "Amway Dealer Contract" 》, he became an Amway distributor.
2 The validity period of dealer qualification shall be subject to the agreement in the "Amway Dealer Contract".
3 The information submitted by the applicant* must be true and valid; it is not allowed to borrow, impersonate another person’s name or use other improper methods to become an Amway distributor; if the information provided by the applicant is untrue or inconsistent with the Amway (China ) or obtain the identity of an Amway dealer by improper means, Amway (China) reserves the right to deal with it (including the immediate termination of the "Amway Dealer Contract") upon discovery.
4 Distributors and their spouses are not allowed to apply for a new Amway number in addition to the existing Amway number.
5 Amway distributors are not allowed to participate in the business of similar companies that compete with Amway (China).
6 Amway (China) reserves the right to accept or reject any person's application to become an Amway distributor.

2. Responsibilities of dealers
1 Strictly abide by laws and regulations, respect social ethics, and conduct business activities in accordance with the principles of voluntariness, fairness, honesty, and credibility.
2 Comply with the various operating rules, rules and regulations of the dealer promulgated by Amway (China) and their amendments, changes and supplements during the contract period.
3 Comply with ordering and sales regulations
3.1 You are not allowed to use or borrow the name of others to order, nor are you allowed to transfer or lend your "Amway Card" to others.
3.2 Carefully estimate sales volume and place reasonable orders, and do not blindly hoard products to achieve performance.
3.3 Amway products shall not be publicly displayed, promoted or sold in public places without the consent of Amway (China).
3.4 The dealer’s business premises must exclusively sell Amway (China) products and shall not display, promote or sell any products or services not provided by Amway (China).
3.5 During the process of selling products, Amway (China)’s return system must be introduced to consumers in detail. After the transaction is completed, the consumer must be provided with an invoice or sales voucher.
3.6 It is strictly prohibited for dealers to disrupt the market by themselves or by using others to maliciously cut prices or disguised price cuts.
3.7 Amway products shall not be provided or sold to any person or merchant for the purpose of resale.
4 Comply with product promotion regulations
4.1 Introduce and promote products in strict accordance with the product information provided by Amway (China), and shall not make any changes to the purpose, performance, efficacy, usage, dosage, etc. of the product. Exaggerated and untrue publicity shall not deceive or mislead consumers.
4.2 Quickly handle customer complaints about products with a courteous and courteous service attitude. Strictly follow the policies and procedures announced by Amway (China) to handle consumer product returns. For problems reported by consumers during the use of products, consumers should be advised to immediately stop using the relevant products, and promptly convey the relevant situation to Amway (China) to assist Amway (China) in handling it properly.
4.3 It is strictly prohibited to conduct business activities in the following unfair ways:
4.3.1 Disrespect customers’ free choices, forcefully sell products or apply for “Amway Card” and agency services without authorization Contract renewal procedures;
4.3.2 Misleading and inducing customers to purchase products they do not need or that clearly exceed their reasonable consumption;

4.4 You shall not use Amway (China)’s resources to promote or sell products, activities or services that are not provided by Amway (China), nor may you engage in activities that conflict with Amway (China)’s interests or are contrary to business ethics laws and regulations. marketing activities for other products or services.
4.5 It is not allowed to promote Amway business in other markets other than Amway (China) or sell Amway products from other markets that are not provided by Amway (China) in the Chinese mainland market.

5 Comply with marketing regulations
5.1 Carefully study and master the relevant information of Amway (China), introduce Amway (China) company realistically, and do not exaggerate the strength of Amway (China).
5.2 Do not disseminate any policy information related to the company's business operations that has not been approved by Amway (China), and do not misrepresent or promote any information released by Amway (China).
5.3 Earnestly fulfill the responsibilities and obligations stipulated in the contract, and effectively complete all tasks assigned by the company in accordance with Amway (China)'s specifications and requirements. The work content includes but is not limited to: carrying out product and brand promotion activities; Provide consumers with services such as information consultation and understanding of product prices; regularly submit work reports, etc.
5.4 It is strictly prohibited to engage in political, religious, superstitious, pyramid schemes and other improper or immoral words and deeds in the course of business.
5.5 Do not engage in fraud or seek improper benefits by artificially regulating or manipulating performance.
5.6 Comply with the regulations of Amway (China) and only carry out business promotion and market service activities in business premises approved by the business license.
5.7 Without the consent of Amway (China), no advertisements related to Amway products or services or any promotion of Amway products or services may be published in any media (including but not limited to the Internet, mobile phone text messaging platforms, etc.) Promotion, nor the dissemination and distribution of advertising or promotional materials related to Amway products and business through other channels.
6 Comply with the business support materials policy
6.1 Only use text, recordings, images, company official websites and other sales support materials, sales support devices and business designated by Amway (China) To carry out business activities through auxiliary means, any auxiliary sales materials, sales aids or business auxiliary means (including setting up your own website, etc.) that are not approved by the company shall not be used to publicize, promote and contact Amway business and other activities. 6.2 You are not allowed to display, promote, sell or distribute any sales support materials and equipment that are not designated or approved by Amway (China); in particular, you are not allowed to take advantage of Amway business relationships or hire, instigate, assist or condone other personnel, etc. way to carry out the above activities.

8 Without the approval of Amway (China), you are not allowed to accept invitations from companies, groups or individuals that compete with Amway's product types and business methods to give lectures, lectures and experience sharing. When accepting invitations from other companies, groups or individuals to conduct the above activities, if the content involves Amway, you must also obtain the consent of Amway (China) in advance. However, you cannot use Amway's business relationships and channels to promote and sell tickets and materials for related activities
9 You are not allowed to recruit direct sellers by yourself in any form.
10 Strictly abide by the company's various policies on marketing personnel training meetings and activities, and shall not hold any form of meetings, training and activities related to Amway business or meetings and training related to Amway products on its own ; Nor may you use the name of other individuals, groups, organizations, companies or enterprises to carry out the above activities.
11 Without the permission of Amway (China), you are not allowed to participate in training, conferences, activities, etc. related to Amway business or products across the geographical scope of the province (autonomous region, municipality) where the registered branch is located.
12 Perform tax responsibilities in strict accordance with national tax policies and relevant arrangements of Amway (China).
13 Do not use the dealer's business premises and the occasions, resources or relationships related to Amway business for financing, fund-raising, donation and other activities.
14 During the performance of the contract, if a dealer seriously violates the contract or violates the business code and other regulations, the company reserves the right to immediately terminate the relevant contract.
15 Distributors are responsible for cooperating with Amway (China)’s investigation of business code cases and shall not provide false information or statements to mislead Amway (China)’s investigation.
16 ***To maintain the operating order of Amway (China):
16.1 Do not slander or defame Amway (China), Amway (China) employees and marketers in any way reputation.
16.2 Do not threaten, intimidate or infringe upon the personal and property safety of Amway (China), Amway (China) employees and marketing personnel.

3. Amway Name, Trademark and Copyright
1 Without the written permission of Amway Company, no one is allowed to conduct the following acts:
1.1 Will cooperate with Amway Company and Use the same or similar words and patterns as the trademarks, trade names, company names, and corporate logos of its affiliated companies/institutions as all or part of the logos, trademarks, trade names, corporate names, and domain names of any other institutions, organizations, and activities; p>
1.2 Produce and sell any product not provided by Amway (China) with the same or similar logo, packaging and decoration as the trademarks, corporate names, corporate logos, and product packaging of Amway and its affiliated companies;
1.3 Use the trademarks, corporate logos, and product packaging designs of Amway and its affiliated companies/organizations in the same or similar manner on any packaging, advertising, websites, and promotional materials;
1.4 Use any text, art, photography, animation, music, video and other materials produced and published in the name of Amway and its affiliated companies/institutions, including but not limited to copying, reprinting, setting up links on the Internet, etc.
2 The aforementioned “Amway affiliated companies/institutions” include but are not limited to: ALTICOR Inc., AMWAY Corporation, QUIXTAR Inc., JT Company (ACCESS Business Group Inc.), etc.
3 The aforementioned "Amway Company Trademarks" include registered or unregistered trademarks used on Amway series products such as ALTICOR, ALTICOR, AMWAY, AMWAY, Jetstar, QUIXTAR, JETONG, ACCESS, etc.
IV. Supervision and Punishment
1 When a dealer discovers that its rights and interests have been infringed, it must submit a complaint and rights protection request to Amway (China) in writing. If the infringement is not submitted to Amway (China) within twelve months from the date of occurrence, Amway (China) reserves the right not to accept the case.
2 If a dealer or his/her spouse violates this Code, or the consequences of his/her behavior cause damage to the reputation of Amway products, market harmony, and corporate image, Amway (China) will, depending on the severity of the case, in accordance with Amway ( China) Business Code Punishment Level System determines the way to punish relevant responsible persons. Its measures include but are not limited to: verbal or written warnings; suspension of contract performance; deferment or withholding of part or all of their income and rewards; suspension of the grant or cancellation of corresponding ranks Promotion qualification; non-renewal or immediate termination of dealer contract, etc.
3 If a dealer is suspected of seriously violating this Code, Amway (China) has the right to take measures to freeze business rights in advance during the investigation, and will deal with it based on the final investigation results.
4 After receiving the disciplinary notice from Amway (China), if the dealer intends to apply for review, he must submit a written request to Amway (China) within 30 days from the date of the disciplinary letter. Apply for review {Recipient unit: Amway (China) National Business Department Business Code Team}. Amway (China) reserves the right not to accept overdue applications.
4.1 The person applying for review must submit the application in writing and provide relevant evidence materials at the request of Amway (China).
4.2 The results of the review include maintaining or revising the original disciplinary decision, or re-opening an investigation by the regional business department.
4.3 During the review period, the original disciplinary decision remains valid.
5 If the activities of a dealer’s spouse or self-employed personnel violate the company’s business rules or other disciplines and rules and regulations, the dealer must bear responsibility and accept corresponding sanctions from the company. For any behavior that circumvents the "Business Code" and other management regulations in a legal manner, including using others to carry out illegal activities, once verified, Amway (China) has the right to determine that the behavior is invalid and impose corresponding penalties on the perpetrators.
6 In the process of conducting business, if a dealer violates the "Direct Selling Management Regulations", the "Prohibition of Pyramid Selling Regulations" and other relevant national laws and regulations, as well as various codes, systems and regulations formulated by Amway (China), If the operating rules endanger the interests of Amway (China), Amway (China) reserves the right to pursue and claim compensation in accordance with the law.
V. Others
1 The final right of interpretation of this Code belongs to Amway (China) Daily Necessities Co., Ltd.
2 Amway (China) can revise various disciplines and rules and regulations regarding Amway dealers according to market conditions and needs and national policy requirements. Relevant revisions will be passed through "Amway New Look", "Amway Business Information" Amway dealers shall be notified via express delivery or other means, and Amway dealers shall automatically accept and abide by the adjustment.
