1. Power of attorney, which needs to be notarized;

2. Trademark pattern: To apply for a color trademark, you need to submit 35 trademark patterns not larger than 5cmx5cm;

3. Provide the specific name or item of the goods or services for which protection is applied; Shall not be replaced by the title of each category in the international classification of goods and services;

4. The non-English words in the bid, the non-English parts in the power of attorney and the non-English parts in all trademark documents submitted to the government shall be accompanied by corresponding English translations;

5. If evidence of prior use of the trademark is submitted, it shall be submitted within 3 days after the date of application.
