Shaoguan Railway Station has a Danxia tourist bus (every 15 minutes, the fare is 1 yuan/person) that goes directly to Xinshanmen of Danxia Mountain. You can buy tickets for the scenic spot at Xinshanmen (including the main area of Danxia Mountain and yang wonsan scenic spot) and have a shuttle bus to yang wonsan scenic spot for free.
It is 5 kilometers from Danxia Mountain to Shaoguan Railway Station, which is connected by a second-class highway. There are shuttle buses to Renhua County and tourist buses and taxis to Shaoguan at Xinshanmen of Danxia Mountain. Shaoguan has 38 pairs of passenger trains leading to all parts of the country. If you want to go to Fujian or Jiangxi, you can change to a coach from Shaoguan to Fujian and Jiangxi at Zhoutian. If you go north or south to the Pearl River Delta, you can take the train.
