Since 2005, KSTAR has registered the KSTAR trademark in 92 countries and regions around the world; starting from 2009, it will increase its efforts to build marketing service networks overseas and accelerate the layout of the global marketing network system. It plans to achieve a 10% global share of UPS sales in 3-5 years and become one of the world's leading providers of integrated computer room solutions.

Based on its excellent performance in the international industrial market, Costa has received strong support from the Guangdong Provincial and Shenzhen municipal government departments. Since investing in the construction of the Costar Shenzhen Guanlan Industrial Park in Shenzhen in 1999, which has the largest production capacity in the country, in 2007, Costar successively acquired two large industrial lands in the Zhongkai High-tech Park in Huizhou, Guangdong and the Guangming High-tech Park in Shenzhen. It is planned to build a global ultra-large-scale UPS uninterruptible power supply and computer room integrated complete equipment industry base from 2008 to 2010.
