The Alliance abides by national laws, is committed to promoting the construction of laws and regulations in the low-carbon industry, promoting industry self-discipline, assisting the government in supervising and managing the development of the low-carbon industry, and organizing government and authoritative expert research groups to conduct research on the industry. , provide research reports to the government, and provide decision-making reference for the government to formulate industry policies, regulations, and industry standards.
