9.1 This standard is applicable to low-temperature emulsions using styrene-butadiene monomer as the main raw material, a mixture of disproportionated rosinate potassium soap and fatty acid soap as the emulsifier SBR1502 rubber raw material for cables prepared by polymerization method and adding non-polluting antioxidant.

9.3 Technical requirements
9.3.1 Appearance: non-polluting light-colored block glue, no foreign matter.

Tear elongation ( 145℃ The inner lining is polyethylene film with the SBR1502 brand or trademark printed on it, with a thickness of 0.04mm to 0.06mm and an initial melting point of not more than 105°C. The net mass of each pack of rubber is 25±0.25kg or 35±0.50kg.
9.4.2 The product name, brand, grade, net mass, manufacturer (company) name, registered trademark, standard number, etc. should be clearly marked on the front of each packaging bag. The production date or production batch number, etc. are printed on the label on the back, side or mouth of the packaging bag.
9.4.3 When SBR1502 is stored, it should be stacked neatly in stacks and rows with a certain row spacing. The stacking height should not exceed 10 packages. It should be stored in a warehouse with normal temperature, ventilation, clean and dry. Open-air stacking is strictly prohibited. and direct sunlight.
9.4.4 During the transportation of SBR1502, the transportation vehicle should be clean and tidy to prevent direct sunlight or rainwater immersion, and avoid damage to the packaging or mixing of debris.
9.4.5 The quality guarantee period of SBR1502 is 1 year from the production date.
9.5 Judgment Basis
9.5.1 Each batch entering the factory should have a warranty letter.
9.5.2 The inspector will visually check that the production date of each package of materials should be within the shelf life, and the packaging should be intact. If it does not meet the requirements, it will be returned.
