2. Pre-negotiation, signing contracts, providing information and delivering funds;
3. Official review, including the legality of application documents, trademark design and power of attorney. Whether the trademark is available and other related issues.
4. Announcement stage. After the review is completed, the Canadian trademark will be published in the official announcement. During this period (2 months), any party concerned with trademark rights may raise objections.
5. After the above procedures are completed, Canadian trademark users need to submit a declaration of use. The Canadian Trademark Patent Office receives the use statement and issues a trademark registration certificate.
